I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I had a peel with Leslie in her new bright, clean and peaceful space. Since I’m been getting peels, my skin has improved tremendously. It is always glowing and the scaring is less visible with each treatment. Leslie is so knowledgeable, personable and no nonsense! I trust her to do what’s best for me and I am grateful for her honesty and integrity.

As always Leslie delivered a fantastic treatment. I had an enzyme peel as my skin needed to be refreshed for the summer weather. I have been looking for a quality hair salon for a few years and finally found one. Venus and Victoria Salon & Spa is a great place with easy online appointment booking, excellent service, and friendly staff. They truly take care of you completely. I had a wonderful experience with Anissa! Anissa is awesome, gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair and gave me an awesome haircut. She does her best to make sure her clients are taken care of and happy! Lovely meeting you! I will definitely be back

Great Experience at L.A.B. Lesley was very kind & Knowledgeable. No pain during micro needling treatment. Will update after healing (mild redness and tightness so far)to report progress.

I have never tried facial peels before and quite frankly terrified of it. I put my trust in Lesley and decided to try the lunch-time peel facial, and absolutely loved how it made my skin feel. Lesley talked me through the process and adjusted as per my skins needs especially important for a POC. She also helped me with some basic skincare guidance and I got some products as my skin loved it during the facial.

She is such a delight and provides excellent professional services! Excellent mani pedi experience. Simply the best!
