I had quite a number of concerns and am sure I was a terrible pain, but Suzana was incredibly kind, patient and really listened - a rare quality - to my needs. The end result was a haircut, colour and blow dry that left me relieved, satisfied and impressed. Well done and I'll definitely be coming back!
