I am beyond impressed with my nano/ ombre brow tattoo from Joan. I specifically choose this technique because I have very light and faded eyebrows. Joan's attention to symmetry during the mapping phase was incredible. Joan is very patient and I ask her to do abit more strokes at the front, she's happy to do. She just wants all her customer to walk out happy. I love the service! 5 stars. I see you again for my 6 weeks touch up.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon. The girls were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and genuinely professional. They made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The result of my lashes was honestly insane, I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, they even gave me a complimentary head massage while I was waiting, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. I truly wish I could stay longer in Auckland just to try more treatments with them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service and a beautiful experience.

Best beauty salon experience in Auckland! Sammy was amazing. She treated me with so much respect and put a lot of love into the services she gave me. She was thorough but also resourceful with time which I appreciated so I could maximise my weekend. I had the lash lift which results blew me away! Looked like falsies. And a perfect gel mani/pedi. Will be booking again to try the massage package with my partner soon.

Phenomenal experience - was feeling run down beforehand. I arrived to a welcoming and warm environment. The facial was wonderful and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, with great facial massage techniques and tailoring it to my skin's needs. I also had eyebrow threading with a brow and lash tint. I feel refreshed and pretty again and will definitely be back :)

Amazing experience and even more amazing result! Joan did my brows microblading and, honestly, I cant get over how perfect it came out. Joan took time to map and make sure I was happy with planned shape. She was attentive to my requests, making sure I was comfortable throughout procedure. She mixed perfect color as well as I'm quite picky with it. She also has a vast knowledge on all things eyelashes, skin and skin issues solutions. I highly recommend Joan and her services!

I always find it hard to trust someone other than Nandika with my eye brows but Annabelle really surprised me with my henna brows, she did it to perfection and asks questions about what my Preferences are and was able to deliver, I walked out the door with a big smile on my face although it’s hard to see with my mask on! This was such a relaxing facial. I was given very attentive and kind care as I am recovering from an injury. I was also thrilled with the look of my eyebrow shape and tint, and my eyelash tint. I am quite nervous about having my eyes touched and this was the best eyelash tint technique I have ever experienced!
