Had an amazing hair appointment for half head highlights with Crispin, he was super nice and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. I also had a glass of wine during the appointment and felt super relaxed after. Gorgeous salon, it was my first visit and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you :)

I want to thank Oxana, it was my first time visiting Melly's after trying a few different places since relocating to Brisbane and after explaining what I was looking for, Oxana did a great job on my brows and lashes. She listened to what I had to say and thoughtfully included me in the whole process. I hope I didn't scare her too much with my stories of previous experiences and expectations. It's hard finding someone in a new place when you've had the same beautician for many years. I look forward to my next appointment.

Hands down the best salon in Brisbane! Since moving from the Gold Coast, I’ve been getting my lashes and nails done at Melly’s and I couldn’t be happier. I was worried I’d have to try a bunch of places before finding the right one, but Melly’s exceeded my expectations from the very first visit. Now I’m a regular for pedicures too! Highly recommend.

I visited the salon on a trip to Brisbane, with a reasonably tricky task of going a lot blonder in a balyage style. Christine understood exactly what I was after and did a great job in getting a result which was probably better than I had hoped for. All of the team in the salon were happy and friendly and I would feel really confident going to see any one of them, to be honest. I thought the cost was reasonable too. Thanks ladies, I will see you again when I am in Brisbane in 6 weeks or so!

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back in Italy! The salon is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and so welcoming. You can really see the passion and care behind this new place. The service was perfect from start to finish — friendly, professional, and they made me feel completely comfortable straight away. My first time at Cougar Design Italiano and I’ve found my new hairdressers in Brisbane!! Such a wonderful experience. I haven’t dyed my hair for 3 years after being on a healthy hair journey and was worried to but I couldn’t have found a better salon.
