I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!

So glad I found Sheer Eligance! Very professional and I was truly impressed with the cut and highlights.....perfect colour match. Very friendly and they take their time, so you are not rushed. Monica understood exactly what I wanted and helped me get a natural sun-kissed look that matches the rest of my hair. She also cut lovely face framing layers and trimmed the rest of my hair so it will continue growing healthy.
