She’s incredibly knowledgeable, especially with lipedema, and tailors each session to my needs. I always notice a real improvement after. She’s happy, warm, energetic, and genuinely connects with me, making every visit feel special. Her space is clean, comfortable, and smells amazing, which really adds to the overall experience.. I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!
