I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!

Whenever I have a laser session at the Laser Studio, I always feel so much welcomed and most comfortable. Stephanie consistenly follows up with my hair progress and results to make sure I am on the right track. The result is incredibily amazing because my hair is becoming way thinner. She also cut lovely face framing layers and trimmed the rest of my hair so it will continue growing healthy.
