I treated myself to a head spa at The Loft in Niagara Falls with Krystal, and it was pure bliss. The space is gorgeous and calming, and Krystal’s touch is truly magic. I left feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and reset …the perfect birthday treat! If you’re looking for a hidden gem to unwind and indulge in some serious self-care, this is it. I did the Diamond Head Spa treatment for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly and the spa itself was beautiful. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it again. Highly recommend!

An amazing spa day! Everyone was so nice, and the rooms were so nice and clean. I did a facial and scalp massage. Totally felt relaxed and comfortable. Loved that they had the beds warm for you so you were not cold.

This was my first professional facial and I left amazed! The entire experience was the true definition of self care. I came with the goal of leaving with knowledge and clean skin and I left completely glowing and SO relaxed. Desirée is warm and down to earth. I had an amazing experience. Clean and relaxing environment. I did my scalp prp, vampire facial, and laser hair removal. It’s my third scalp prp. The part in my hair used to be very big with a lot of my scalp exposed. Now I have a normal part and my hair line is becoming thicker. My over all hair is thicker. Laser hair removal has been a freeing and carefree change to my life.. No more worrying about forgetting to shave anything. The hair that’s left over is incredibly thin and soft it goes unnoticed and I’m a tough critic 😆. It was my first vampire facial. I’m eager to see my results!

Absolutely incredible experience with laser hair removal. Every appt has been so relaxed. It’s always clean and just all around gorgeous in there. They offer top of the line laser hair removal (trust me lol I’ve spent HOURS researching what I wanted 😆) Nurse Mary is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I feel good knowing I’m receiving top of the line service and my money is going to someone kind. If you’re thinking about going here for laser hair removal…DO ITTTTT NOW 😊 it’s worth every penny!

Such a fabulous experience! The salon has such a good vibe to it: relaxing, perfect lighting, awesome music and super comfortable. Tali of course is always professional, knows what she is doing and explains what she is doing as she does it so you are never surprised.
