Usually I don't run into issues with my nails when I come here, but my last two gel painted nails (black) have bubbled up somehow where in that bubble on my nail, the Polish was still wet somehow. It would usually be one or two nails this would happen to. Every time they've let me come in to fix it for free, but it's a bit of a hassle as this salon is a decent drive for me, but they do such a great job with everything so the drive is never a problem to go get my fills for my nails or get a pedicure. This never used to happen so maybe it's me? Not sure honestly, but it's a pain in the butt.

Phillip is THE BEST! I went to Greenfield Nails with previous bad experiences with dip nails before being too thick. (I’m a Flight Attendant so I’m very rough on my hands and nails). He assured me he could do my nails with dip and I’d be happy, so I let him. Been going to him for over a year now! He is also VERY good with nail art! He’s the best! I will not go to anyone else!

Greenfield nails is amazing! I’ve been here for three years. The customer service is exceptional. Their organization and cleanliness and systems are excellent. I’ve become very good friends with my nail technician. Occasionally, I’ll go to someone different if he’s not feeling well and they’re all amazing. The owner runs such a great business… She’s a true leader who cares for her employees, which is why she has such high quality people. You’ll pay a little bit more than the nail place down the street, but you always will receive the best service. They also provide water, coffee, and tea.

I’ve been a client at Greenfield Nails for the past 4-5 years and have never once had bad service. They are all extremely professional and everyone I have seen has always listened and delivered high quality work. facility is always beautiful & clean. everyone greeted me & was super friendly when I came in. :) nail tech was super detailed & attentive. I believe his name was Jonathan? I asked for chrome nails & they’re more sparkly/glittery than chrome but they’re still pretty! I also find their services affordable for the quality & attention you receive. love coming here & will be back :)

Joann is such a talented nail tech. She makes my dipping powder nails look just like I want them and they last 3 weeks. Management is friendly and takes pride in keeping the salon clean and well maintained. I've tried numerous salons in Ahwatukee and west Chandler, and Joann is by far the best!

Sam did a wonderful job on my pedicure very thorough careful and it turned out looking beautiful. I told him to be gentle because my legs were tender and he never hurt me once and that’s rare if I lived here in Phoenix, he would definitely be my go to aesthetician I highly recommend him
