Usually I don't run into issues with my nails when I come here, but my last two gel painted nails (black) have bubbled up somehow where in that bubble on my nail, the Polish was still wet somehow. It would usually be one or two nails this would happen to. Every time they've let me come in to fix it for free, but it's a bit of a hassle as this salon is a decent drive for me, but they do such a great job with everything so the drive is never a problem to go get my fills for my nails or get a pedicure. This never used to happen so maybe it's me? Not sure honestly, but it's a pain in the butt.

Phillip is THE BEST! I went to Greenfield Nails with previous bad experiences with dip nails before being too thick. (I’m a Flight Attendant so I’m very rough on my hands and nails). He assured me he could do my nails with dip and I’d be happy, so I let him. Been going to him for over a year now! He is also VERY good with nail art! He’s the best! I will not go to anyone else!

Greenfield nails is amazing! I’ve been here for three years. The customer service is exceptional. Their organization and cleanliness and systems are excellent. I’ve become very good friends with my nail technician. Occasionally, I’ll go to someone different if he’s not feeling well and they’re all amazing. The owner runs such a great business… She’s a true leader who cares for her employees, which is why she has such high quality people. You’ll pay a little bit more than the nail place down the street, but you always will receive the best service. They also provide water, coffee, and tea.

facility is always beautiful & clean. everyone greeted me & was super friendly when I came in. :) nail tech was super detailed & attentive. I believe his name was Jonathan? I asked for chrome nails & they’re more sparkly/glittery than chrome but they’re still pretty! I also find their services affordable for the quality & attention you receive. love coming here & will be back :)

Amy gave me a great gel manicure! She cleaned my nail beds and shaped my nails perfectly! She made sure I liked the shape and the color. Very happy with my nails!

Today I got a gel pedicure and a fill with repair. Chloe was excellent and provided probably the most thorough pedicure I’ve had. She was very sweet and had amazing customer service & did a beautiful job. I have a broken toe nail and in the past visits no one offered any solution to fix it, but she did Ella did my fill & repair and she did a beautiful job as well. I really admire when someone can be so honest and tell me whether my vision can be fulfilled or not. My nails were not super long but I really wanted to change the shape and she was able to tell me the possibility and it’s outcome.

The technician who did my pedicure was amazing! She paid attention to detail and my toes look amazing! The technician who did my hard gel manicure was very friendly, however, she rushed the work and the gel polish is not consistent and she didn’t file my nails smooth.

Hands down the best nail tech ever! Incredible attention to detail, beautiful work every time, and such a welcoming, professional experience. My nails have never looked better—highly recommend!
