It was good. I am very happy with my nails. I got a Pedicure and biab manicure however my appointment was for 12pm. I got seen too dead on time however I did not leave until 2.35. I was there for 2 hours and 35 mins. I felt that was too long to be getting my nails done.

Nail Technician was very good cut my cuticles and my nails were all the same shape and size. She also put more coats of nail polish on which my nails felt stronger than my last appointment. I will book with the same girl next time. Thank you I'm very happy.

This was my first visit to Luxe nail bar, the staff are very friendly I had a mini pedicure and it was beautiful. Easy to book on line and get an appointment that suits tour schedule. Reasonably priced, i will certainly be returning for another treatment. Thanks to all at Luxe

She has an AMAZING collection of different colours and her nail care was the best I had, she was very gentle with me. She is also open to any art design, she is very talented. Her environment was quiet and intimate which was really nice. Im so happy with the nails she did for me. 10/10 service.

It’s a beautiful experience! I made an appointment on line to come in two days later. The two people working are so sweet! I’ve been living in Ireland now for a year and 4 months now. In America we have walk in nail salons and spas so it was a different experience when I walked in to my first nail shop and had rude unprovoked interactions in the past. However in Charm an elderly lady walked in and asked if she could get a manicure without an appointment. The male employee politely and kindly took care of her and fit her in for a manicure, that made up my mind for future business.

Excellent manicure and perfect polish application. Peaceful ambience. The technician who did my nails was lovely, very personable, as was another technician who showed me a colour palette I was interested in even thought it was for a different finish than I was getting.

Good result & lovely nail technician,however my nails really burnt when asked to put them under the UV lights & I have to remove my hands several times, this has never happen before because the nail technician usually applies thin layers of the gel but this did not happen yesterday, instead it was applied in just one blob

Emma did a fabulous job as always, and I absolutely love my nails! She’s so talented and attentive, and the results are always perfect. However, my appointment was delayed by 25-30 minutes due to a lack of nail glue. Poor Emma had to search the shop and eventually leave for 15 minutes to get some. She was very apologetic, and the delay wasn’t her fault, but it was disappointing and disrupted the experience. I hope the shop ensures essential supplies are always stocked to avoid this in the future. Despite the setback, Emma’s professionalism and skill will keep me coming back!

I usually go to a local business and prefer to avoid chains. But I was under pressure to have my toenails looking presentable for tomorrow. I tried to get an appointment at the business a week ago. Yesterday I booked in with Charm. The attention to detail! A french polish on my toes (gel) my God, the technician was more of a perfectionist than I required. I will definitely be back for nail art. I had my toe nails and finger nails addressed. The attention to detail was exceptional.

What an amazing nail tech. Her attention to detail especially regarding her prep work is incredible. I am incredibly fussy when it comes to my nails and this was up there with the best of work I’ve seen. All Gelbottle products used too which is such superior quality and not always easy to find. Top notch service, can’t wait for next appointment already.

Located at a convenient location to reach via public transport, spacious and welcoming room. The nails are simply perfect, with loads of attention to detail, and great technique. Definitely the best nail technician I have been to in Ireland. Super recommend it!

Luce loves her job so much, you can clearly see it when she is working, from her attention to detail and also from the end result. She is considered about the comfort of her clients too. You get to choose something to watch while your nails are done, she has sweets and water ready beside you. I ve been other nail salons but never recived such good service. Highly recommend Luce.
