Not only did I leave with a relaxed body, but I also learned helpful breathing techniques that I can take with me throughout my pregnancy. Anthony is very thorough and intelligent with his massage skills. This is a total spa experience with superior knowledge of the RMT profession and how it should and will personally benefit you. I received an exceptional massage (90 mins.) I walked away feeling relief from pain and stiffness. Anthony seems to know exactly where you're having issues; with skill & technique, he alleviates any pain/soreness. He also provided suggestions to maintain the relaxed muscles in between appointments. 5 stars!!!
