I had an amazing massage experience with Jan! Her technique was excellent — she knew exactly where the tension points were and worked on every spot perfectly. I honestly walked out feeling like a different person. Jyoti was absolutely amazing. Her massage was perfect. She somehow knew the perfect amount of pressure to work out all the tight spots without it ever being too much. My facial was pure bliss, and I felt so relaxed and cared for the whole time. Rebooked on the spot. I can't wait to come back!

I recently had a manicure and my eyebrows waxed by Giulia, and it was a great experience. I’ve only ever had one manicure before, but after this appointment I’ll definitely be making it a regular thing. Giulia did an excellent job on my eyebrows, and the massage afterwards was a nice touch. Giulia was friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s great to see these new services being offered, and based on my experience I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. I’ll certainly be booking with Giulia again.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.
