Thank you so much for a relaxing afternoon. The only feedback I have is that the massage wasn't as relaxing as expected because I could hear everyone talking in the other cubicles. The massage therapist was amazing so I was happy with the massage itself, just wasn't expecting to be in a curtained cubicle where I could hear everyones conversations. I thought it was going to be in the Oula Spa area where it was quiet and peaceful. The head spa, facial and foot massage was wonderful also.

I thoroughly enjoyed the most magical massage with Claire! She had the perfect medium pressure and is so skilled at her craft. I felt very comfortable and looked after - especially with the special touches of heat pack on the belly during the facial/headspa. My favourite was definitely the facial (loved the masseter massage) and head spa. Will definitely book in again! Thank you Claire!

The experience was amazing. I first went two fridays ago with me second daughter (16yo). Felt relaxed and light afterwards that I got the package for 4 treatments for $399 (expiry Sept 2026). Yesterday I went with my 20yo daughter. The consistency of quality service was on par. I highly recommended using Oula. Can finish a bit later and may have to wait to start as only one area for two people for Head spa treatment.
