I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. Clare was fantastic. She did a combination of Swedish and sport massage that melted away all my knots and tight muscles, and we had a lovely chat the whole time. The essential oils she used were heavenly. Cannot recommend her highly enough :-)

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Just had an amazing Indian head massage with Aaron. Aaron was super friendly, professional and took time to explain the way he performs the treatment. The treatment room was very comfortable, and Aaron explained the different essential oils he was using. All round one of the best Indian head massages I’ve had and I would highly recommend.
