I have just had my 1 hour DEEP tissue massage with Rokas and I highlight 'deep' because it was well and truly that. From the offset, I was asked what issues I have and tailored my appointment based on my needs. I have experienced massages from both Rokas and Andrius now and can equally say, both are fantastic at what they do and I am grateful for their skill and knowledge

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. This was my first massage with Aaron. Aaron was very professional and friendly and I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. His studio is a very relaxed and clean environment and the lighting and relaxing music was enough to send me to sleep. The massage itself was amazing, Aaron really knows how to hit the right spots. I loved the leg massage, I could have had 1 hour just on the legs!! After the treatment I was allowed to just relax a bit, and slowly wake up again at my own pace.

After a brief consultation, he provided a massage that was both relaxing and attentive, maintaining an ideal level of pressure throughout. He regularly checked in to ensure all my needs were addressed. I booked a 90-minute session, which I highly recommend; given its excellent value. Overall, it was an blissful experience.

Fantastic Swedish massage with Aaron! I feel rejuvenated after my half marathon yesterday. The pressure of the massage was perfect all the way through the treatment and it’s loosened up my whole body. Cannot recommend enough! Will be booking in again, Thanks mate 🙌🏼

This Swedish massage was out fo this world. Needed to get back into my recovery and this was a just an amazing way to start. I was in a relaxation Utopia by the end of the session.

Mike is an experienced Sports Massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent massage therapy and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend him.

Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. His professional approach and expertise were evident throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable at all times The massage itself was incredibly effective, and I could immediately feel the difference Mike also provided helpful advice on stretches and self-care techniques that I could incorporate into my routine. I had a fantastic Swedish massage at Absolut Thai Massage. The treatment room was relaxing and the therapist Emma was very skilled, easing all my aches and pains during the hour and a half session. I noticed the prices here are a little lower than most other shops, but the quality of the massage was extremely good indeed. Nice to find somewhere local that is this good. I will probably book in here every couple of weeks. I would highly recommend!
