This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together. I really enjoyed my massage. It’s been a couple of days since now, and my body (particularly my back) feels a lot less tense and much less painful. I’ll be back for another one in a few weeks time! The whole experience was super relaxing with a lovely atmosphere.
