Today was my first aromatherapy reflexology treatment. And it was so good! Within 2 mins I had totally switched off. I even nodded off it was that relaxing. The treatment was so lovely I felt zen and had a clear mind for the rest of the day. The results that Fiona had picked up on during my treatment also rang very true! I will definitely be booking another asap!

Found this little Gem, randomly whilst been wishing to try this treatment for a long time. So glad I did, and will certainly be returning. What a wonderful experience. I visited Lindsay at Breathe and Bloom for acupuncture and healing. It was so relaxing and I felt a great sense of peace afterwards. I would really recommend her to anyone who needs help with relaxation and restoring balance.

Had the 90 minute signature massage with Caroline and honestly it was fantastic. Properly relaxing but also one of those massages where you can tell it’s actually doing something. She went straight to the tight, stress hoarding areas, pressure was perfect, and nothing felt rushed. I walked in tense and slightly feral and walked out calm, loose, and significantly nicer to be around. Would 100% book again.
