From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

The Self Care Sanctuary is amazing. Best massages I have ever had. This time I added a facial to the massage and it was perfect. I’ve been to Jo a few times and will continue going. The room is calm, the bed is warm and so comfortable and Jo is lovely.

Such a warm, relaxing treatment room. Well presented, clean, calming from the minute you walk through the door. Anne is such a lovely person, who makes you feel comfortable throughout. I had the aromatherapy massage and Anne mixed a lovely combination of oils that smelt beautiful. Very nice and clean place, I had a deep tissue massage and Jason helped to relieve tension in my muscles, asking me questions about the right pressure to apply on me and showing knowledge when I had asked questions.
