I got a lash lift done by Jharna. She was extremely kind and caring–she asked if I have sensitive eyes to make sure that none of the chemicals would get into my eyes which made the treatment not as unpleasant as it could have been.

This is my third time visiting Jiemao for my lashes and brow lamination, and I couldn't recommend them more. Stephanie, who has looked after me each time, is absolutely fantastic. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. My lashes and brows have genuinely never looked better, and the results always last beautifully. Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

First time visiting and I’ve not been let down at all. Lily was super kind, accommodating and incredibly talented at what she does. I got an anime set with bottom lashes and they look incredible, suit my eye shape and make my eyes pop. The studio as well is super cool, welcoming and everyone seemed super friendly there too. 100% recommend, I’ve only had my set for a day and had soooo many compliments. Will be returning!

My eyebrows and lashes have never looked better! After every appointment with Ray I’m still so amazed that my brows and lashes can do that! Ray is an absolute angel, she always makes me feel comfortable, and she’s super attentive to details, making the whole process relaxing and stress-free. The eyebrow sculpt and lamination has completely transformed my face and I really couldn’t be happier. The lash lift and tint make me feel so put together even with no makeup on, and it has become a must for me! I couldn’t recommend Ray enough, she’s the best!
