Literally an incredible experience. Leia always absolutely nails it with the hair color, but this time I had a head massage and it was DIVINE! I carry so much stress in my head and jaw, and felt like butter afterwards. Leia was also able to identify exactly what parts of my jaw and neck were stiff, and she gave me some tips for managing on a daily basis. It’s so rare to find someone that offers scalp massage in London that’s also a hair stylist and can style your hair all cute after!!

The massage was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The care that I was shown was like no other. I was so stressed recently but after that massage, it was impossible for me to feel any type of stress. The stress just completely left my body. I’ve had many massages from other people but Intuitive Studio is hands down the best that I have ever been to. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that I can. I will definitely book another massage very soon. Overall, I’m so happy with the massage and I will be back again! Highly recommend!

So glad to have reconnected with Mila's healing presence. I also absolutely needed this treatment, the heat from the stones and the firmess of the bamboo. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I had the Cupping + Aromatherapy Massage (30 Minutes) and it was amazing. The combination of soothing essential oils and gentle cupping relieved so much tension in my back and shoulders. Even in just 30 minutes, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. Perfect for a quick but effective stress reset — highly recommend!

Valdi Mezei provided an excellent deep tissue massage. He was professional, attentive, and really focused on the areas where I had the most tension. I felt immediate relief and much more relaxed afterward. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an effective and therapeutic massage.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

One of the best hair cut I have ever had! Also Mitra took her time and washed my hair attentively with a bit of scalp massage which felt great! Very happy with the whole experience and the haircut so definitely will be retuning. Highly recommended.
