I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I’ve visited re:lax multiple times pre and post pregnancy and as a new mum. As well as dealing with skin problems, the facials are a truly relaxing experience and I’ve fallen asleep multiple times! I suffered acne in my teens and early 20s and still prone to breakouts. At other spas/salons I’ve felt very self conscious in the past but at re:lax, despite seeing multiple different therapists, I’ve always been made feel comfortable in own skin. This is a real credit Katie and the team. Would highly recommend.

I have been to Jennifer few times now and wanted to try Million Dollar Facial and wow was amazing, my face felt so soft, hydrated and was glowing, the products smell beautiful too. Can’t wait for my next facial, she always gets you fab results. Thank you darling, see you next month.

Jennifer is very professional when doing her treatments and very welcoming. I felt instantly relaxed and transformed. I had the Dermaplanning, Facial Streaming, Hyrdo Mask and LED light therapy.
