He was very gentle and careful, making sure everything was perfect and pain-free. The results are incredible — my skin looks fresher and years younger. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Brilliant service. Had PDO threads. Krystian made me feel very relaxed about the procedure and explained everything very clearly. No pain and love the end results. Would highly recommend. He also gave me a free ice lolly in the extreme heat. Lol!!!

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxed she made the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

I went in for a hydrafacial with Eli, she was so lovely and took very good care of me. She explained what she was doing really well and made sure I knew what to do after my facial and also gave recommendations for my skincare routine and talked me through correct product usage.
