Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Really impressed with my visit and will definitely be returning. Great experience throughout. Thank you.

Everyone at HA Laser is absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. The studio strikes the perfect balance between Scandinavian-inspired calm and immaculate clinical cleanliness, making you feel relaxed and confident from the moment you walk in. Krystian is the most amazing aesthetic practitioner and I couldn’t be happier with my results. What I love most is his subtle, natural approach. He’s gradually rejuvenating my face, leaving me looking fresher, more rested and more youthful without ever looking overdone. He takes the time to understand what suits my features and his expertise and attention to detail are second to none. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands facial rejuvenation and believes in enhancing rather than changing your appearance, I can’t recommend him highly enough. What can I say the man’s a bloody genius and miracle worker who knows his craft. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Highly recommend Krystian the best injector without minimal pain and no bruising.

The wonderful HA Laser experience, now in Southampton! The new salon is gorgeous, just like Basingstoke but bigger. I went at lunchtime, and there was plenty of parking, and minutes from the motorway, perfect for lunchtime treatments! See you all in 5 weeks 🤩

I've had several treatments with Krystian, and I'm always very happy with the results. He's professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. He has a great sense of humour, which creates a relaxed atmosphere, and his approach to clients is exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care and great results.

I had a laser resurfacing “treatment” which is not for the faint hearted! Hayley was amazing and explained exactly what to expect all the way through from treatment to the end of the 10 days downtime. I swore I’d never have it again, but my skin looks and feels incredible, I absolutely will be having another one!
