I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. This is my 3rd time using Rachael Katie cosmetics I had thread lifts botox and fillers this time. Rachael was very professional and efficient and totally put me at ease. I had a really great experience with Rachael. I was really anxious about getting dermal filler for the first time, but she was so patient and reassuring. She talked through the whole process and after care process with me and apart from how kind and patient she was, she also did an amazing job with my fillers!
