The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time, Shannon’s such an amazing aesthetician, never had a single complaint against her work and I’ve always left with a huge smile. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

This is my 3rd time using Rachael Katie cosmetics I had thread lifts botox and fillers this time. Rachael was very professional and efficient and totally put me at ease. I won't use any other beauticians now and I have tried others. All the staff were absolutely lovley. I'm definitely looking forward to my next treatment. I would definitely recommend

Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! I had a really great experience with Rachael. I was really anxious about getting dermal filler for the first time, but she was so patient and reassuring. She talked through the whole process and after care process with me and apart from how kind and patient she was, she also did an amazing job with my fillers! I am so happy with the results, she has managed to make the enhancements look so natural:) Would definitely recommend to anybody!

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.
