I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

As a GP, I have been researching the laser machine quality, the is a high end quality machine and with pricing around mid $500. It is really worth it. Their service was excellent too.
