An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

First appointment with Nicky and I was so impressed with the results! She matched my eyebrow tint to my hair colour so well. I will definitely be back again to explore all the other treatments she provides ☺️ Very welcoming & professional.

I visited Charlotte today for HD brows, an LVL lift, gel manicure and an ELIM gel pedicure today for a wedding I’ve got this week and I love every single bit of what I have had done! My hands and feet are now summer ready and it’s making me feel so happy when I keep looking at them, they’re bringing brightness on this gloomy day! I love my lashes and brows too, I now feel so put together without having to do anything. Charlotte has done an amazing job AGAIN and it’s so nice just coming to be pampered ready for a special event 🥰

Claire is so gentle, she makes you feel very relaxed. My eyebrow and eyelash tint lasted longer than it has done anywhere else before. Really love coming here. My mum comes with me, she's 80 and is so comfortable and happy here too.

I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The attention to detail was outstanding — Ally genuinely takes the time to understand exactly how you like your eyebrows shaped and make sure you’re completely happy before you leave. Nothing feels rushed. My brows have honestly never looked better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now — highly recommend!

I went to see Charlotte for the first time for LVL lashes and HD brows and she has done the most amazing job. Charlotte has made my lashes look so long but still natural which is exactly what I wanted and my brows look effortless and exactly what I was after, I’m so happy with them. You can tell how much attention to detail she pays and I will definitely be back again!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Megan is very professional and her setup in a lovely cabin in a rural setting makes for a very relaxing appointment. She doesn't rush your experience and explains what she's doing every step of the way. Megan is so personable that we had a good chin wag about a variety of topics, but she is also very aware this was 'me' time so we also had silence for a lot of it when I nearly nodded off! I had a lash lift and eyebrow tint and have already booked my next appointment for the same, plus I will more than likely book other treatments as well. Highly recommend!
