Literally floated out of my session today, felt so completely relaxed. Not only is Phoebe just amazing at what she does in terms of actual physical massage, but she remembers things from previous sessions and makes notes for the future ones too - so so lovely to have such an all around thoughtful considered experience.

Ellie responded really quickly to arrange an appointment. The experience was smooth with forms easy to fill online. The Japanese Head Spa was relaxing, with Ellie easily guiding you through the experience. A head analysis was completed at the beginning and end. Left me feeling relaxed and pampered! Thank you :)

I had a Japanese head spa treatment today and it was honestly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was professional, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Ellie paid great attention to detail and created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that I was able to completely switch off and unwind. The treatment felt so luxurious, and my scalp and hair felt amazing afterwards. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. Had my first holistic sports massage with Phoebe today and can't recommend her enough! I had my neck, back and legs treated, along with cupping. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Phoebe did. She explained everything and asked for my permission before starting the cupping, which I really appreciated. The treatment room is a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem, and Phoebe is so kind and friendly, it felt like catching up with an old friend. I didn't realise how tight my body was until afterwards. I feel so relaxed, so much freer, and I'm looking forward to a great night's sleep. Thank you, Phoebe!

Love that Phoebe is able to build on knowledge of problem spots and what's helped in the past from past sessions to target other areas based on how my body was feeling today. Such a good, thoughtful session as always and felt even more stretched out and relaxed than usual. Can't recommend Phoebe enough!

Phoebe is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her massages are honestly the best I’ve ever had, and I always leave feeling completely renewed. I trust her completely to listen to what my body needs on the day, whether that’s massage, cupping, acupuncture, or a combination of treatments. She has such an intuitive approach and somehow always seems to know exactly what will help. I genuinely feel incredible every time I leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend Phoebe highly enough! ❤️

Absolutely wonderful. First time having this treatment and have already booked a return. So much more than just a head spa- facial, massage on arms and hands. Feel relaxed, rested and truly replenished. The difference in my scalp from when I arrived to leaving is amazing!

Reception welcoming and friendly. The bar is clean, serving a good range of drinks. The bar food is plentiful and delicious. The Spa staff are friendly and informative. I would highly recommend a Spa treatment and to book in advance, as it is sought after.

Fabulous treatments and very nice lunch. Lost a star for a lack of toilets. One poolside and none in the changing rooms at all.

Just had my 4th massage with Phoebe and as always I left feeling like I was floating! Phoebe always listens to exactly where I’m experiencing pain or tension and tailors the massage to what I need. I always feel so much better after my appointment, can’t wait for my next session!

Amazing food. The spa needs a little bit of a facelift, the sun loungers in particular are not that comfortable. Friendly staff.
