My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

Came for sports massage followed by an hours Indian head massage and floated home! Visiting core therapies is becoming a regular visit as all the treatments have been super!

I want to thank Richard and Core Therapies for squeezing in a last minute session for my painful shoulder. They re-jigged plans to accommodate me and the pain has eased so much, making every day activities bearable again. I highly recommend Richard whose knowledge and commitment to finding the source of the pain means that I can feel the difference just from one sports massage session. Always helpful and friendly, I can’t recommend Core Therapies enough!

Great sports massage treatment received from tuliani massage. Was as much a massage as a body re set . Used the body's kinetic energy flow aswell as massage. Fantastic treatment highly recommended.

Not sure what I’d do without Rich tbh. Can’t speak highly enough of him. I’d be a mess without his treatments. The sports massage and stretch therapy is so good and much needed. Always super professional and also a great & clean space with velour sheets and massage beds with arm supports which I’ve not seen anywhere else before ;) 10/10 for Rich all day. If your contemplating booking a sesh, don’t think twice - Just do it.
