Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

Richard was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my injury very quickly (it wasn't what I had self diagnosed with Google). He gave great advice and I would highly recommend him.

Georgia is great at her job, she has the kind of manner that puts her clients at ease, and you know you're in safe hands! She's very attentive and knowledgeable on all things related to skin and beauty. She's an asset to the skin care industry, and we're luck to have her right here in Folkestone!

I had a hot stone massage with Stacey yesterday, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Stacey was welcoming, kind, and put me at ease straight away, making me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She was attentive, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was just right. The salon was clean, peaceful, and had a lovely, calming atmosphere with soothing music and candles. I left feeling refreshed, completely relaxed, and genuinely delighted with the whole experience. Stacey's care and attention to detail really stood out, and I would highly recommend.

Very relaxing head massage and facial

As always Richard understands underlying problems and works hard to treat them , at the same time explaining clearly what he’s doing. Thank you Richard

Richard is superb. He takes time to examine and pinpoint the issue, then works the necessary areas and talks you through the treatment he is delivering. Everything made sense and has left me more confident to continue to treat the injury through guided rehab provided by Richard. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My second treatment at Tre Spa was so relaxing. An Indian head massage is something everyone should experience to ease away the stresses of this increasingly turbulent fast pace changing world.

Core Therapies staff are amazing and so good at what they do. Worth every penny. If I had more money, I’d move in and just live my best life, with beauty treatments and massages all the time. Bliss!
