It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

My first facial in Kittys new salon & wow! The room is inviting but very professional & the bed (& all the extra pillows & blankets) was so comfortable. Kitty was wonderful as usual, she made sure the treatment & all the products used were right for my concerns & sensitive skin & also explained what they did. My skin looks absolutely incredible! So smooth & hydrated & feels so good. Putting skincare & make up on this morning was a dream because of how even my skin feels & looks. Can’t wait to come back. Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. Thanks for giving me a lift and see you soon.

Had a lash set and a micro needling facial done and all I can say is wow! Kitty was so professional and sweet making sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the treatment and the results are amazing!

AMAZING. had the best pamper day. So well looked after by Jade and the radiance team. Took fantastic care of me and made my birthday so special. Felt like a new woman when I left! Had a wonderful massage followed by a hydrating facial anthen pedi and mani and now they do hair too. Trim and blow out for a fabulous birthday treat. HIGHLY recommend!

Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

I had the Skin fitness ultimate glow facial- it was truly the best facial I have ever had because it was relaxing but also rejuvenated my skin. After the facial my skin looks/ feels so much more hydrated, smooth and glowing!

Came to the spa today and had a Non-tech Facial with a Extra Care Add On Service: Neck and Décolleté. My treatments were done by Georgia which is one of the most amazing facials l've ever received. Kitty was so welcoming, & the treatment room was very relaxing. She assessed my skin & we discussed the best treatments for me which was so helpful. As for the actual treatments- wow! Relaxing, everything was explained & we had a lovely chat too. And the results- my skin looks absolutely incredible! The wrinkles around my eyes were much less noticeable, my skin was smooth, bright & toned & it still looks & feels incredible a few days later, especially as I purchased the cleansing balm, the itox eye cream & the ‘top to toe’ cocktail to keep the results up! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Kitty
