Went for a Japanese Head Spa and a neck, back and shoulder massage. It was THE most relaxed I’ve been in about 20 years. I’d actually go so far as to say it was like an out of body experience, seriously. I find it extremely difficult to relax but I didn’t want it to end! Can’t wait to go again!

I haven't been to a hairdressers in quite a while and the whole experience was a really good one from making the booking to having my hair cut. The staff were lovely and for the very first time I really liked my hair cut, I am really pleased with my hair and Emma is brilliant, and I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend!! I have just been back for my second time of waxing with heidi. She has been so welcoming and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure i was as comfortable as possible during the waxing. I am really happy with my results and would recommend heidi to anyone. 😃

Today I had the most incredible head spa by Heidi. My partner booked this for me as a little birthday treat. In December we suffered a miscarriage and I haven’t been able to switch my brain off since this happened. I’m so grateful to Heidi for creating a safe and welcoming space for me to relax. This was the best treatment I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back.

Rachel is brilliant, her knowledge of her skill is amazing , she listens to what you want and explains different options that would be good and great for your skin . Rachel also makes you feel relaxed because you know your getting a professional treatment, I have rebooked with Rachel and she is organising a facial plan personally for me .the salon is bright and very friendly and your always welcomed with big smiles.

My 3 year old is usually terrified of having his haircut, and not having one for over 6-months due to the virus made me worried that he would be even more scared than usual. Hairdresser made me and my son feel relaxed from the moment we walked in. She was happy positive and really encouraging. My son smiles and giggles throughout his haircut, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thank you so much we will definitely be back in future :)

Amazing luxury facial by Saskia! Friendly and ensures you are comfortable and at ease. Felt extremely relaxed and loved it. My skin is very soft and feels refreshed. Would highly recommend.
