I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

Highly recommend!! I have just been back for my second time of waxing with heidi. She has been so welcoming and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure i was as comfortable as possible during the waxing. I am really happy with my results and would recommend heidi to anyone. 😃

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

Abby was wonderful with my teenage daughter who had her first ever leg wax. She can't wait to come back for her next appointment for another leg wax and nails ready for our holiday in May. Went in for full waxing with Heidi. Heidi is wonderfully professional as well as kind and compassionate making sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable as positioning for waxing can be tricky when heavily pregnant but nothing was too much for Heidi and she did a fantastic job.

Rachel is brilliant, her knowledge of her skill is amazing , she listens to what you want and explains different options that would be good and great for your skin . Rachel also makes you feel relaxed because you know your getting a professional treatment, I have rebooked with Rachel and she is organising a facial plan personally for me .the salon is bright and very friendly and your always welcomed with big smiles.
