Sophie is one of a kind! Her treatments are always exceptional, with focus, attention & a real love for what she does. Having been to see her regularly now for over 6 months I can’t recommend her reflexology & reiki treatment enough. Think I’ll work my way through her treatment list as her energy & space are really grounding & balancing. She genuinely cares & that’s not always easy to find! Thank you so so much Sophie.

Sophie gives her heart and soul in all of her treatments but the facial zone reflexology is something else! I can’t see my forehead lines and the puffiness has gone and I look glowing. Highly recommend x

Sophie always has the power to make me feel complete calm as soon as I walk through the door. I was excited to try this new treatment as I’ve recently had a baby and don’t feel my best physically and I was blown away. Sophie was so knowledgable about what the treatment entails and how its benefits. Couldn’t recommend Sophie any more - definitely book in with her!

I’ve been a regular client of Sophie’s for years, and she consistently delivers exceptional reflexology sessions. Beyond her technical skill, she is incredibly knowledgeable and always offers insightful guidance and wisdom. I recently tried her lymphatic drainage massage as well—it was a great experience that left me feeling significantly better.

Sophie is welcoming and calm. A great energy field to walk into to start your treatments. All essential oils add to the sensory immersive experience. I combined reflexology with a head massage which was just divine. Thank you !

I went for an hour reflexology with reiki and it was the most relaxing experience I have had in weeks! Sophie is a great specialist with wide knowledge and friendly approach! I will definetly come back for another appointment.

This is the first time I had the advanced facial reflexology and it was wonderful, I had a bit of rubbish day at work, and this relaxing, de-stressing facial reflexology took all that away. Also helps you are lying on a heated blanket which helps you relax and melt even more. I would highly recommend it, and I booked again for my next appointment.
