First time there as I've just moved to Rochester and I love it! Quaint little place, you almost miss it but it looks and smells lovely inside and the massage was absolutely great, would definitely recommend :)

Had an amazing massage from Victoria. She was so easy to talk to and she corrected my bad back and trapped nerve! and thats within in 30 mins! So impressed. Recently had a baby so have been suffering with my back and posture. Went with a couple of friends, so a group of us, and they were very happy to accommodate all of us at the same time (separate rooms). Everyone else had a great experience as well. Very easy to book online Thank you to the team for a great experience. We are planning on making this a regular trip for the group

I went back to Wellbeing Massage in Rochester for the second time and had a deep tissue massage with Lara. It was perfect, she expertly worked on the tight areas of my neck and shoulders. I can really feel the difference. The space is so relaxing and peaceful too. I would highly recommend Lara to anyone.

Fantastic Deep Tissue Massage! ​I had a deep tissue massage with Anita at Wellbeing Massage Rochester today, and it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, Anita was so welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The massage itself was exactly what I needed. Anita is incredibly skilled and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout – deep enough to be effective but always comfortable. It was such a lovely visit, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't recommend Anita and Rochester Wellbeing highly enough!

Reflexology with george was once again fantastic. It really settled my nervous system and I left feeling like I could float!
