Zoe is amazing! I always have a fantastic experience, and today was no different. I had the hour deluxe back massage and it was amazing. Zoe always listens to what problem areas you have and targets them whilst also spending time on the other parts. Not felt that relaxed and pampered in a longtime. Would 100% recommend and definitely worth the money

Wow. The Back to Life Ritual with Alexandra was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never felt so relaxed or so at ease in my body. I can’t recommend Alexandra or this treatment enough! Thank you again for the most amazing experience.

Fantastic reflexology in a superb clinic tucked away in the centre of Lytham. Elayne once again completely relaxed me with her treatment today.

Amazing reflexology treatment .. so relaxing.. everything explained, aromatherapy oils were fantastic.. the whole experience from start to finish was professional yet friendly and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great holistic and relaxing treatment. A fantastic visit from start to finish - you feel instantly relaxed from the moment you enter the tranquil MEMA clinic. I had reflexology with Elaine followed by a bespoke facial with Alexandra - both of which were so relaxing I fell asleep both times! Elaine is incredibly intuitive and straight away recognised any issues I had, ensuring I relaxed and enjoyed the treatment fully. The facial with Alex was outstanding, I’ve had several facials with Alex and my skin always looks completely rejuvenated! She works pure miracles and I shall absolutely be visiting again (and again!)
