I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

Stacey’s lymp drainage massage was to die for. So gentle and relaxing yet super effective. Not to mention the haven Sam has created which in first entering you immediately feel calm and just know you are going to be nurtured and cared for. Loved it and booked up for more. Thank you.

I had a lovely experience, I spoke to Sam to book the appointment and she was warm and very helpful. For the appointment I had Stacey and she made me feel very comfortable and the massage was wonderful!! Would definitely recommend!!

Such a wonderful experience and always feel amazing from Ellie's treatments. Foot massage and ankles feel so light and pain free. She also managed to sort my bothersome shoulder. Highly recommend!
