I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

I’ve been to Catey for massages and facials several times now and I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, knowledgable, generally just lovely and understanding and fantastic at her craft. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for massage now as she takes genuine care of her clients. I had the equinox radiance package and it was just as amazing as all other treatments I have received. See you again soon!!

Cat did such an amazing heel peel work my toe felt so soft afterwards she even fixed my uneven toe nails. And the massage was next level. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning, the pressure was perfect it was very relaxing that I fell asleep. She's extremely talented I would definitely recommend. 🌸🫶

Lovely treatment. I had the full head spa experience and it was very relaxing. Andrew was very attentive and explained everything he was going to do and the benefits which was great. My hair feels and smells lovely, would definitely recommend!

So relaxing and Sheila is wonderful, felt completely at ease with her straight away and like I'd known her years. My skin feels amazing and like porcelain smooth, my scalp and hair from Indian head massage feels so nice and I've never felt as calm in my life! Feel like I'm floating! I have to say that was one of Thee best massages I’ve ever had. I swear Catey has magic hands and finds spots that you didn’t even realise was causing carnage in your body. I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

A relaxing and heavenly experience! I visited with my 14-year-old daughter, who had never been to a spa before, and Andrew immediately made us both feel so welcome. He took the time to explain everything in such a friendly, reassuring way that we both felt completely at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely incredible. From the moment it began, I felt completely comfortable and deeply relaxed. It was such a peaceful, luxurious experience from start to finish. Stacey’s lymp drainage massage was to die for. So gentle and relaxing yet super effective. Not to mention the haven Sam has created which in first entering you immediately feel calm and just know you are going to be nurtured and cared for. Loved it and booked up for more. Thank you.
