I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

I had the hot stones along with the top to toe massage today, Catey explained how by using the stones it was possible to reach deeper into the muscles. It really did make all the difference! Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! 100% recommend this lady. Lisa is incredible at what she does. I have been suffering with sciatica and hip pain for the past four weeks. I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I had a hot stones all over body masage that my daughter bought me as a present for mothers day couldn't have wished for a better massage it was amazing I suffer with lower back stiffness and after my massage it felt like I had a new back definitely helped free my back up I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage it was that good I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back for future massages thankyou Catey

Absolutely phenomenal. I had the top to toe massage, and I feel like I've just been born. Such a quality service in my own home, which makes relaxing after such chilled treatment that bit easier. I dont thi k there's a part of me that hasn't had the aches and tension melted away. 100% will be a repeat customer and will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Can't wait for the next one !
