Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I would recommend Vishnu for sports recovery, rehab and/or general wellbeing. Five star 👍

Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. After my sports massage treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, and my legs felt much lighter and more mobile. The treatment was professional, targeted, and tailored to my specific issues rather than being a generic massage. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

Stacey’s lymp drainage massage was to die for. So gentle and relaxing yet super effective. Not to mention the haven Sam has created which in first entering you immediately feel calm and just know you are going to be nurtured and cared for. Loved it and booked up for more. Thank you.
