Very kind and professional team. I’m happy I chose to do my piercing with them. My only note would be that both the service and earring prices are on the higher side, so it’s ideal if you’re treating yourself without focusing too much on budget. I do hope the pricing is revised, or that collaborations with Fazaa or Esaad card holders are introduced, as it would make the experience even more accessible.

Mena was amazing she did a great job! Got a conch pain was a 4/10 (only felt the numbing injection). Also changed my Daith that was a bit painful but bearable and changed my lobe. Honestly an amazing piercer would definitely recommend her!!!

Best piercing shop in Abu Dhabi 💯 The staff are outstanding and extremely professional. A special thank you to the amazing supervisor Joy at the Nationa Towers branch, the piercing specialist Clarice, and the receptionist Chloe for their excellent service. The experience was smooth, hygienic, and very well managed. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for professional and high-quality piercing services.

It’s always empty - so many ppl working there but they won’t give you an appt - anyway I booked in advance- was looking at earrings but noone interested in helping me - maybe I don’t look rich enough? Anyway I bought from the sale section which they obviously don’t even mention- the area to sit for my daughter was dirty - little hairs but I’m not assertive enough to ask for them to change it - they prob want to save money by continuing to use the same roll. The actual piercing was excellent as they measure and the earring has not come out and it is nice they have a service to follow up
