I had the most amazing 90-minute massage at Peaceful Soul Therapies after a week away, and it was exactly what I needed! I’d also asked Deb if she could incorporate a facial as my skin was feeling really dehydrated, and she was so flexible and accommodating. What I love about Deb is that she completely adapts the treatment to what you need on the day. Whether it’s focusing more on certain areas that are tight or sore, or adding in something extra like a facial, nothing is ever too much trouble. i left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like a new person!

Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while. This is the second time I’ve booked a massage for my mum, and once again, the experience was amazing! Janie was absolutely wonderful—so professional, friendly, and made my mum feel completely relaxed. I would highly recommend her! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience has been fantastic. Definitely one of the best massage places I’ve been to. We’ll definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved my Swedish and lymphatic massages today 😍 Lauren was so lovely and welcoming, and we got along so well which made the whole experience even more comfortable. As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.
