It wasn’t our first visit, this was actually our third time booking with the Mansion Spa, and it just keeps getting better. Our treatments were with Debbie and Valentina, and they were both fantastic. I had the relaxing massage while my friend opted for a deep tissue massage, and we were both incredibly impressed. By the end, we felt so relaxed we genuinely didn’t want to leave. A perfect experience from start to finish… 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back again.

I've had a few deep tissue massages with Sue, and she is absolutely fantastic. She always takes the time to listen and tailor the treatment to my needs. Her massages have helped me tremendously with both sports injuries and stress, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and relived. Visited yesterday for the first time and had a deep tissue full body massage by the lovely Sue. She was very professional & the massage was one of the best ive ever had. Sue instinctively knew how & where to apply pressure. She was an amazing & obviously experienced massage therapist. Shame I dont live in Birmingham as I would visit every week! I felt so wonderfully relaxed after and I will definitely return next time I'm in Birmingham. Thank you Sue!

My husband and I recently visited The Mansion Spa in Birmingham, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and positive spa experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth, making our visit truly memorable. Very good experience, from warm welcome from the front of house. Through to the end of the massage. Had a full deep tissue massage from therapist Valentina, and her expertise were great and done and amazing job. Probably currently the best, massage therapy in inner Birmingham by far.

I normally have 2 hour deep tissue massage with Sue but as I can only come on weekends and Sue is not available on weekends anymore I decided to have a 2 hour relaxing massage with Jessy for the first time today. I could almost fall asleep as Jessy made all my muscles feel soo relaxed and any aches and pains I have had from work were all gone. I will definitely rebook again with Jessy and appreciate King Thai ❤️

Camelia was absolutely amazing - so attentive, gentle, and calming throughout the whole experience. She always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and her touch was incredibly soothing.
