When I first approached Denise for my initial consultation for my sleeping difficulties, I didn’t know what to expect - I was at breaking point and willing to try anything, and thank goodness I reached out to her. From the very first phone call, Denise was welcoming and reassuring. Her sessions have quite literally changed my life and I can’t recommend her enough. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, and always goes above and beyond to help. Her flexibility has also been so helpful to allow me to fit appointments around shift work.

Denise is a very inviting and easy-to-talk-to lady. She has a wonderful aura about her and she puts you very much at ease. I am exciting to see where things go and how they work out for me during my sessions with Denise. Definitely recommend her so far

Absolutely fabulous. I had an initial consultation with Denise, and she couldn’t have made me more comfortable & welcomed. Explaining everything brilliantly in a way I would understand and talking me through the process making sure I was following along. I’m super excited for this journey and can’t wait to go back for my second session!

I would highly recommend Denise. I didn't know what to expect, I went with some trepidation. I need not have worried. Denise went above and beyond to help me. She was fantastic and put me at ease straight away. She is proffesional and caring. I felt so much better after seeing her. She explained everything in a way I could understand.
