Since getting my routine together at the gym I’ve been in dire need of a Thai massage, this studio opened near me in Shipley so I thought I’d give it a go. Upon entering the studio I was greeted with friendly smiles and presented a consent form, this gave me the opportunity to discuss pressure, areas to avoid and areas to focus on. Mhai was very professional and clearly experienced in authentic Thai massage techniques, this combined with the tastefully decorated and ambient environment made me feel like I had been whisked back to Thailand. 10/10 experience, I aim to be back monthly!

Lucy is a superstar, tailored the massage to fit my needs and it's had a really beneficial effect. I arrived with tight shoulders and an aching upper back, I left feeling much brighter and with the back pain greatly reduced. I cannot recommend the Healing Zone highly enough

Claire is such an amazing holistic massage therapist. I have tried physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, and none of them have gotten close to helping my chronic back/neck pain. Most just charge a lot of money as they fill in forms and look at you, whereas Claire at Bien Etre is an expert at deep tissue massage. I'm so glad I found her!

Oh my goodness! Just had my monthly luxury facial with back and head massage. It was absolutely amazing as always! Literally haven’t felt that relaxed since I was in my mothers womb🤣 was absolutely beautiful, I felt amazing and nearly was asleep which isn’t like me, sorted all of my problems out with regards to my back and shoulders and it was literally felt like I hit a new spiritual experience with how good it was. Ive truly just had the best full body massage from start to finish. The salon is so welcoming . By far one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I have never had a massage quite like this one. You can really tell how much quality experience Vina has and how much re search she has put into her work also! I had a lot of knots and tension in my back and Vina was able to gently massage these out with minimal pain. Plus with my facial she talked me through the products she was using and also gave helpful tips and advice on what products would be best for my skin. Would definitely recommend!

Magic hands! Melts away your stress, listens to the customer and even by touching your back will know where the stiffness or tension is. I'm a regular customer now. I've found the best masseuse in Yorkshire. It's also such a lovely environment, the crystals, the vibe, energy everything makes you feel 10000% relaxed. I highly recommend everyone to book!

Another amazing experience! I woke up in so much pain down my back and leg and I struggled to put weight on my leg. Jenny immediately identified the problem area and tirelessly worked hard to take away all the twists and knots and I was amazed at how I walked out of there pain free. The next day, no pain at all. I just can't believe their magic. Thank you so much again. Every single masseuse is such a professional. X

I booked the back, neck & shoulders and reflexology treatment with Kirsty and wow!! Kirsty listened to my ailments and worked her magic on my knotty shoulders and creaky neck. Reflexology to finish off with was a lovely experience, I’ve never had the treatment done before, but it was very nice and calming. All in all a great way for me to relax, destress and relieve all of my tension. I can’t wait for an amazing nights sleep. Thank you Kirsty I’ll see you again in the not too distant future.
