I had a deep tissue massage, and it was fantastic! The therapist targeted all my areas of tension with the right amount of pressure, leaving me feeling relaxed and significantly less stiff. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with muscle soreness or looking to relieve stress.

Brilliant service. I had my locs crocheted as I had some damaged locs. Tamie did an amazing job on my locs and I will continue going to this salon to get my hair retwisted. Even though I had locs I initially booked a consultation as I wanted to ensure my hair was going to be done by a skilled loctician because of my experience elsewhere. My friend and I both attended and both have different hair texture and my friend has a scalp condition and the advice that Tamie provided gave me complete confidence and I am extremely happy with the results. 100% recommend.

I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. I had a fantastic reflexology session with Emily, primarily to help with an ongoing neurological condition affecting my neck/head. As a first time reflexology client, Emily was great at listening to my medical history & explaining the processes of reflexology clearly before my session. Emily was highly professional, calming, kind and happy to adapt the session if required. The session was incredibly relaxing, in a lovely, comfortable, peaceful setting & helped reduce my built up tension. I would highly recommend Emily if you are managing symptoms or just in of need of relaxation.

Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

Absolutely a trend setter and expert at what they do. Thami is the maestro in this business. He restored my locs to new and I would highly recommend. Very professional and caring in their craft. We need this light in South London!

I have been seeing Claire for almost two years now with both my babies - I keep going back because I can see such a difference with my babies after each appointment. Claire helped with my first child's head shape and my second child's digestion. She also treats me and I can feel tension release instantly after our sessions. Claire is a great listener, gives knowledgeable advice and allows space for you to form your own opinions and decisions about any next steps. She has been such a massive support to me.
