My 2nd facial needling session today. I have had it before by other people but not with this much care and attention and pamper after the actual needling. It didn’t hurt and I actually enjoyed the treatment. We feel even after my last session there is improvement in the texture of my skin. Very happy again.

I had the Luxury SkinBase™ Hydro Facial with Michelle, she has just launched this treatment and I would highly recommend it. The luxury version uses ice globes which are so soothing on the face. I've had a microdermabrasion course with Michelle so this was a fantastic next step. Michelle clearly explained what the treatment would entail and how it would feel, she also checked in during the treatment to make sure I was ok. I left the salon with the most amazing skin, it was so plump and felt so soft.

I had an age resist facial with Michelle and wow, what a wonderful treatment. It was around an hour of pure bliss, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. Michelle explained all the steps in the treatment beforehand and what they would achieve. I asked Michelle about products for home care to keep up the good work and she was so helpful. I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! I’ve been to her a couple of times for lip filler and she always does an amazing job. I’ve had lip filler with others in the past and found it quite painful, but Charlotte is so gentle and makes the whole experience much more comfortable. I’ve also had mesotherapy done a few times and have been really pleased with the results every time. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
