I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Susha, for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment!

My 2nd facial needling session today. I have had it before by other people but not with this much care and attention and pamper after the actual needling. It didn’t hurt and I actually enjoyed the treatment. We feel even after my last session there is improvement in the texture of my skin. Very happy again.

I love going to see Michelle and having a facial. I have been having treatments with Michelle for nearly a year and my skin looks amazing, both due to her treatments and the advice she has given me around my skin care regime. Just had my 4th microneedling session with Jen and I can’t believe the difference they have made. I’m so happy with the results, my fine lines have dramatically reduced, my skin is more plump and the glow is insane. I cannot recommend Jen enough x

When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️

Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. The results are truly fantastic! You'll look and feel years younger and be so much more confident in your skin. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Amazing as always! I’ve had many a facial with Lauren and they have all been lovely, she so friendly and brilliant at what she does! The hardest part is trying to stay awake. Looking forward to my next one already! :)

Another amazing experience with Michelle. Today I had the Korean lash lift & tint and back massage. My lashes were so comfortable and look amazing, I’m 💯 a convert now! Back massage was amazing as always. I was so zen I wasn’t sure if I should drive 🤣
