I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Susha, for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment!

Micro needling. Before and aftercare advice was exceptional. When I arrived Daniella went through everything with me and explained how the treatment was going to be performed. This was my first experience of micro needling and I was a little nervous. But Daniella’s professionalism and caring manor put me at ease. Everything felt clean and clinical. My treatment went very well I am extremely pleased and can see a significant improvement after one treatment.Daniella went through the after care and provided an aftercare leaflet. I also purchased medical grade aftercare products.

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! I recently had a dermaplaning treatment followed by a chemical peel with Daniella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were noticeable straight away, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and incredibly radiant. The combination of dermaplaning and the peel really refreshed my complexion, and my face felt so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend Daniella.

I cant recommend The Beauty Hut Surrey enough Lauren is one of the most caring and talented therapists Ive ever been to. Her facials and massages are honestly magical. She makes the most of every single second of your treatment so you leave feeling completely relaxed refreshed and looked after helping you switch off and unwind.
