I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte is a talented beautician, whenever I go to her I let her work her magic. 10/10 xox

Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. An amazing first time facial and massage treatment for me with Michelle. She has a very friendly, professional and thoughtful approach. All that combined with an excellent technique left me feeling refreshed, relaxed and very calm at the end. My skin has also never felt or looked so good too!

I had the Luxury SkinBase™ Hydro Facial with Michelle, she has just launched this treatment and I would highly recommend it. The luxury version uses ice globes which are so soothing on the face. I've had a microdermabrasion course with Michelle so this was a fantastic next step. Michelle clearly explained what the treatment would entail and how it would feel, she also checked in during the treatment to make sure I was ok. I left the salon with the most amazing skin, it was so plump and felt so soft.

I had an age resist facial with Michelle and wow, what a wonderful treatment. It was around an hour of pure bliss, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. Michelle explained all the steps in the treatment beforehand and what they would achieve. I asked Michelle about products for home care to keep up the good work and she was so helpful. She only recommended products that my skin would benefit from and I trust her advice 100% I will definitely have another age resist facial and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Michelle xx

I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! I’ve been to her a couple of times for lip filler and she always does an amazing job. I’ve had lip filler with others in the past and found it quite painful, but Charlotte is so gentle and makes the whole experience much more comfortable. I’ve also had mesotherapy done a few times and have been really pleased with the results every time. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
